Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and supporting students in a classroom setting. A good entry position for candidates who would like to gain field experience.
*Duties*
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Support students with various learning needs and abilities
- Help maintain a positive and safe learning environment
- Assist with behavior management and classroom discipline
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed
- Aid in the preparation of educational materials and resources
*Qualifications*
- High school Diploma or above
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Schedule: Afterschool hours Mon, Tue, Thur & Fri From 1:45-5:30pm, Wed 11:30am-5pm.
Salary is $20-$30 per hour depend on the experience
Since it is a parttime position as there will be no benefit.
