Our client desires an experienced Director of Procurement for their Mount Vernon/Anacortes, WA location. This is an On-site role . No remote or Hybrid Options!

The Director of Procurement is responsible for developing and executing purchasing strategies, leading the team in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the company acquires necessary goods and services at the best possible price by analyzing market trends, mitigating risks, and collaborating with stakeholders, requiring strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. Will supervise a Global Strategic Sourcing Buyer, Strategic Buyer, and Buyers.
Must Have:
Bachelor Degree
10+ years of relevant experience, including Global experience
Contract Management, vendor negotiation, managing complex supplier relationships
ERP systems
CPSM preferred
Leadership
