Salary: $18 per hour

Job Title: Warehouse Associate Picker/Puller
Position Summary:
As a Picker/Puller, youll play a critical role in the daily success of our fulfillment process by accurately locating, selecting, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Youll work closely with team leaders to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items from warehouse inventory according to digital or printed order sheets
• Verify product SKUs, quantities, and descriptions to maintain order accuracy
• Prepare pulled merchandise for packing and shipping using company protocols
• Utilize handheld scanners, RF devices, or tablets to track and update inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards
• Support inventory counts and cycle audits as needed
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily order targets and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail with good time management skills
• Basic understanding of inventory systems and warehouse logistics
• Previous e-commerce warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
