Social Media Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description :

1. Monitor e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada), including product listings, updates, delistings, and returns management.
2. Write, plan, and develop creative content, including text posts, videos, and images for social media platforms.
3. Engage with customers through online chats, addressing inquiries and taking appropriate actions.
4. Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, partners, and platform representatives.
5. Design creative artwork and content for social media platforms (images, edited photos, videos, etc.).
6. Develop and maintain graphic designs and multimedia to support company needs.
7. Manage records of all related inquiries received by the company.
8. Prepare and execute online promotions to increase product sales.
9. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the supervisor.

Job Requirements :

1. Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.
2. 12 years of experience in digital marketing, social media content creation, or e-commerce is preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
3. Proficient in English, Mandarin, and BM to manage multilingual platforms and content.
4. Basic photo & video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
5. Ability to plan and create engaging content (photo, video, copywriting) tailored to various digital platforms.
6. Strong understanding of online marketing trends.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
