About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead the global growth of its brand. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and modern marketing leader, responsible for overseeing brand marketing, e-commerce, social media, PR, and strategic partnerships. This high-impact executive role involves guiding a talented team to build emotional connections with customers, enhance the brand experience, and scale the omnichannel presence. The SVP will work closely with the Brand President, Co-Founders, Chief Growth Officer, and other stakeholders to set and align on marketing strategies, ensuring the brand is elevated across all consumer touchpoints. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a strong preference for those in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries. The role requires a deep understanding of DTC marketing, omnichannel growth strategies, and a proven track record in brand positioning and development. The ideal candidate will be a creative and data-savvy individual, capable of driving both short-term and long-term growth. They should be an inspiring mentor and leader, with a collaborative, low-ego, and entrepreneurial mindset. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, and an advanced degree is a plus. The SVP will be expected to bring a combination of executional excellence and bold, innovative thinking to the role, and to be adept at influencing and mobilizing others to achieve a shared vision.
