Our company is seeking a seasoned Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our fast-paced and innovative construction team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects in the Energy sector. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical Design, Machine Design, and AutoCAD 3D. This position is ideal for a professional who is looking to apply their expertise and knowledge in a challenging and rewarding environment. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will play a crucial role in designing and developing new energy systems, improving existing ones, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the mechanical design and development of construction systems, ensuring they meet specifications and standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD 3D to create detailed designs and models for various projects.
• Work closely with the project management team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct detailed analyses of mechanical systems, including performance, reliability, and durability assessments.
• Collaborate with other engineers and professionals on cross-functional teams to improve product performance and efficiency.
• Ensure all mechanical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization’s established policies and objectives.
• Provide expert advice and support in your field of specialization, and mentor junior engineers.
• Continuously stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the construction industry and mechanical engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Must hold a Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical Design and Machine Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D is a must.
• Proven experience in the Energy industry, with a strong understanding of energy systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead projects and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Experience in project management, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
