Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients across a diverse range of practice areas, including trust and estates litigation, family law, estate planning, business transactions, and business litigation.
• Oversee and mentor a legal team, including two associate attorneys and four support staff.
• Independently manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing dispositive motions, and developing comprehensive trial strategies.

Requirements:

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 510 years of legal practice experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have supervised attorneys and support staff.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, coupled with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the confidence and assertiveness to guide legal strategy and team performance effectively.
