Samson Rose has been exclusively engaged by a pioneering Robotics & AI company in Southern California, to find a Marketing Leader who will shape how the world sees the company and how they connect with customers, partners, and industry leaders. This is a high-impact, creative leadership role where you’ll work directly with the CEO to define brand identity, build dynamic marketing strategies, and establish the company as the go-to name for robotics in heavy industry. You’ll drive demand generation, create compelling content, and execute campaigns that fuel B2B sales—while building the foundation for a world-class marketing team. A bit about the company: They are at the forefront of developing a groundbreaking, field-proven, hardware-agnostic brain technology that empowers a wide range of robots to operate autonomously in the most challenging environments—hazardous, off-road, and industrial settings—all without relying on GPS, maps, or pre-programmed routes. Their mission is to tackle one of the world’s most complex challenges: deploying robots in unstructured, previously unknown environments. The person we are looking for: 5+ years of experience in marketing Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally in robotics, AI, industrial technology, or enterprise software. Strong background in brand building, visual identity, and creative campaigns. Demonstrated success in demand generation, pipeline growth, and sales enablement. Experience working directly with sales teams to craft messaging and accelerate deals. Strong creative instincts and ability to develop bold, differentiated marketing strategies. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. What You’ll Do: Partner with the CEO to craft and evolve brand identity, ensuring a strong, consistent, and differentiated market presence. Build and lead marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools, and materials to support B2B revenue growth. Drive demand generation initiatives that increase awareness and pipeline for the sales team. Own visual branding and creative direction across digital, print, and events. Plan and execute presence at industry conferences, trade shows, and thought leadership events. Position the company as the partner of choice for executives and decision-makers across target industries. Create and manage content strategies that elevate thought leadership in AI, robotics, and industrial automation. Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team over time.
