WHAT'S THE ROLE?

As the Marketing Communications Manager at iEnet, you will be focused on the execution of We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications Manager to lead all aspects of our company’s marketing, communications, and branding efforts. This role will manage both external and internal communications while driving our digital presence, content creation, trade show/events strategy, and sales enablement tools. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with strong creative, organizational, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Responsibilities Digital & Online Presence: Manage and update company website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Digital & Online Presence: Lead social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement across all platforms. Digital & Online Presence: Produce podcasts, short videos, and other multimedia content. Digital & Online Presence: Execute email and electronic marketing campaigns. Content Development & Branding: Create compelling marketing collateral, including product flyers, brochures, case studies, white papers, and newsletters. Content Development & Branding: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and letterheads to ensure consistency across all communications. Content Development & Branding: Produce PowerPoint presentations and sales tools to support sales and technical teams. Trade Shows & Events: Plan, organize, and manage company participation in trade shows, conferences, and events. Trade Shows & Events: Coordinate logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and lead capture. Internal & External Communications: Draft and distribute company-wide communications and announcements. Internal & External Communications: Partner with leadership to ensure consistent messaging internally and externally. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3–7 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or a similar role. Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent). Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO. Familiarity with podcasting, video editing, and digital content production. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Event/trade show planning experience preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information Full-time Position located in Wilsonville, Oregon.
