Growing national law firm is seeking a highly organized Litigation Paralegal to join their Complex Business & Commercial Litigation practice group in Century City . This role requires strong attention to detail, experience managing complex litigation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Litigation Paralegal Job Duties:

• Provide comprehensive litigation support including both legal and administrative tasks
• Draft, edit, and finalize pleadings, ensuring compliance with State and Federal court filing requirements
• Organize and maintain discovery materials, correspondence, and pleadings for high-volume caseloads
• Assist with large-scale document review, production, and retrieval
• Utilize litigation management tools to maintain databases for transcripts, exhibits, and attorney work product
• Manage docketing of court dates, discovery obligations, and filing deadlines
• Provide hands-on support for trial preparation, including assembling witness kits, demonstratives, and exhibits

Paralegal Job Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of California civil litigation experience required
• Demonstrated experience running large document productions and trial preparation required
• Prior knowledge of calendaring deadlines and e-filing required
• eDiscovery experience is a plus

Compensation commensurate with experience. Targeted range of $95k - $110k annually. Comprehensive benefits offered.
