Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities:

• Manage records and files, data entry, and data gathering
• Assist in office management and inventory control
• Serve as point of contact for various programs and administrative tasks
• Apply policies and procedures, communicate effectively
• Provide phone and desk coverage
• Support senior managers with calendar, travel, correspondence, and reports
• Track workload and manage requests using spreadsheets
• Interact with internal and external agencies
