Job Description

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer with proven technical leadership, hands-on programming skills, and success in delivering full-lifecycle development projects, including store deployment. The developer will create iOS mobile applications, collaborating directly with the government product owner to analyze user stories and conduct agile estimation.

Key Responsibilities

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Design and develop advanced software applications across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and web apps.
• Communicate regularly and write clean, maintainable code. Review, analyze, and resolve application issues as needed.
• Evaluate strategies and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to implement solutions aligned with the department's vision.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their impact on business and user value.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
• Perform unit testing to ensure robustness, usability, and reliability.
• Address bugs and improve application performance.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency.
• Identify SDK capabilities and features for potential improvements and establish a stable iOS development pipeline.

Requirements

This includes, but is not limited to:

• BSc/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in iOS development with published apps in the App Store.
• Proficiency in Objective-C and Cocoa Touch.
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core Text.
• Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Understanding of the mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the full mobile development lifecycle.
