About the Role:

If your passionate about food and friendly service, then join the Tailwind team at Indian Pueblo Kitchen in the ABQ Airport! We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with basic food prep, and helping ensure a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Portion sauces and perform light food prep as needed
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain a clean workspace
• Take out trash and maintain cleanliness of trash areas
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

• Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable and punctual

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass background check to receive airport badge.
• Must have reliable transportation.
