$25 - $28/hour DOE/E
Full time: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 5:00pm; 35-37 hours per week

A well-established and progressive dental office located in Kearney is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate brings superior patient service and scheduling experience, organizational skills, bookkeeping and polished communication to provide general administrative and office support to our dentistry team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Offer superior patient service at all points of communication.
Greet patients warmly and alert appropriate staff of patient arrival.
Support the front office receptionist by answering and routing calls; take messages.
Facilitate scheduling and confirm appointments accurately.
Adjusts the schedule for maximum efficiency to reflect the doctor’s schedule while maintaining the best patient care.
Coordinate and execute patient referrals.
Verification of all insurance information and eligibility prior to patient appointments.
Collect and enter insurance payments & claims.
Manage accounts receivables and collections in a timely manner.
Build rapport with patients to promote the practice (ask for referrals and google reviews).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma
2+ years of applicable dental or medical office experience
