This position offers the opportunity to practice in all phases of general commercial, civil and business litigation matters with a national and international client base.
Candidates should have a steady background and prior experience in complex commercial litigation such as consumer or shareholder class actions, merger and acquisition litigation, securities litigation, corporate governance disputes, real estate financing and development disputes, product liability litigation, and/or multi-district or multi-forum litigation.
